Frequently Asked Questions

We gladly accept walk-ins exclusively for ink fingerprints. Any digital fingerprint needs must be made in advance through our partner IDENTOGO. 

Typically, in state applicants will get digital fingerprints, out-of-state applicants will get physical ink card that needs to be mailed to the requesting agency. You can always ask a hiring manager or the requesting agency as well as check any instructions.

You must bring a valid unexpired government issued identification with your name and photo, if your identification is expired or hole-punched it must be accompanied by a temporary identification. If you had a name change, please bring proof, such as a marriage or divorce certificate. Any instructions for filling out your FD-258 card are very helpful. 

We are located at 222 West Mission Ave, Suite 106, Spokane, WA 99201. The suite is within the Garden Court Building. There is a large parking lot behind the building at the crossroad North Calispel Street and West Augusta Avenue. 

We can help with general information, but there are some areas that will need specific codes. It is up to you to know those codes if applicable, so your don't get your fingerprints rejected.

Please make sure to clean your hands and that you are well hydrated before your appointment. Dry or clammy hands affect the quality of the final prints, we are able to provide some assistance through lotions or alcohol solutions to increase the quality in those situations. Our blog is a great resource for questions.

We accept credit or debit card for all transactions. Name on ID must match the name on your credit or debit card. We are also able to accept money orders or checks for digital fingerprints only. We do not accept cash in any circumstance.

Fingerprints can be rejected for many reasons; hands can be too dry, too clammy, wear and tear from age, chemical cleaner use, and/or fd-258 card not filled out how the agency requires.

Although uncommon you can reach out to us so we can make it right by getting you a new FD 258 card and prints to send for no expense. Any digital fingerprint rejections must be done by appointment only through IdentoGO.  We only offer free reprints for issues with the quality of the prints or an error from the fingerprint technician.

Yes! Premier Fingerprinting Plus offers OSPI fingerprinting services. Whether you need fingerprinting for employment in a public or private school, as a contractor for a school district, or for any reason outlined on the OSPI website.

If you are 20 or more minutes late for your IdentoGO appointment you will need to reschedule. There is no late policy for ink fingerprints. 

We are here to verify your identity, if your name is different, we have no way of telling if that's you unless you have a legal name change document. You will need to bring a name change document or reach out to the requesting agency and/or employer to get it fixed.

We are only able to accept government issued identifications.
