Common Questions About Our Fingerprinting Services

We gladly accept walk-ins exclusively for ink fingerprints. Any digital fingerprint needs must be made in advance via the button at the top of the page or if you need Washington state fingerprints then Identogo.com.

Typically, when in the state the applicant is applying, they will get digital fingerprints, when an applicant is not in the state that they need fingerprints for then typically an FD-258 card is required. Ask the requesting agency as well as check any instructions.

You must bring a valid, unexpired government issued identification with your name and photo, if your identification is expired or hole-punched it must be accompanied by a temporary identification. If you had a name change, please bring proof, such as a marriage or divorce certificate. Any instructions for filling out your FD-258 card are very helpful. 

We are located at 222 West Mission Ave, Suite 106, Spokane, WA 99201. The suite is within the Garden Court Building. 

We can help with general information, but there are some areas that will need specific codes and/or requirements. It is up to you to know those codes if applicable, so your fingerprints aren't rejected.

Please make sure to clean your hands and that you are well hydrated before your appointment. Dry or clammy hands affect the quality of the final prints, we are able to provide some assistance through lotions or alcohol solutions to increase the quality in those situations. Our blog is a great resource for questions.

Most services are payed beforehand, but we accept credit or debit card for all transactions. Name on ID must match the name on your credit or debit card. We are also able to accept money orders or checks for IdentoGO fingerprints only. We do not accept cash in any circumstance.

Fingerprints can be rejected for many reasons; hands can be too dry, too clammy, wear and tear from age, chemical cleaner use, and/or fd-258 card not filled out how the agency requested.

Although uncommon you can reach out to us so we can make it right by getting you reprinted. Any digital fingerprint rejections must be done by appointment.  We only offer free reprints for issues with the quality of the prints or an error from the fingerprint technician.

Yes! Premier Fingerprinting Plus offers OSPI fingerprinting services. Whether you need fingerprinting for employment in a public or private school, as a contractor for a school district, or for any reason outlined on the OSPI website.

If you are 20 or more minutes late you will need to reschedule. 

We are here to verify your identity, if your name is different, we have no way of telling if that's you unless you have a legal name change document. You will need to bring a name change document or reach out to the requesting agency and/or employer to get it fixed.
